Ding Dong maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
The safety and protection of children is our highest priority. We are committed to preventing, detecting, and responding to any content or behavior that exploits, endangers, or harms children on our platform.

Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on Ding Dong and will result in immediate action:
1. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor
- Any content depicting, promoting, or glorifying pedophilia
- Computer-generated, drawn, or artificially created CSAM
- Any content that sexualizes minors in any form
2. Child Sexual Exploitation
- Soliciting, requesting, or trading CSAM
- Attempting to engage minors in sexual conversations or activities
- Sexualizing minors through comments, messages, or content
- Facilitating or coordinating exploitation of children
3. Grooming and Predatory Behavior
- Establishing inappropriate relationships with minors
- Building trust with intent to exploit or abuse
- Requesting personal information from minors for inappropriate purposes
- Attempting to move conversations to private channels for exploitation
4. Child Endangerment
- Content depicting or promoting child abuse
- Content that puts children at risk of harm
- Inappropriate interactions with or targeting of minors
- Content encouraging dangerous activities by minors
Detection and Prevention Measures
Ding Dong employs multiple layers of protection to prevent CSAE:
- Automated Detection: AI-powered systems scan content for potential CSAE violations 24/7
- Human Moderation: Trained moderators review flagged content and reports
- Hash Matching: Technology to identify known CSAM using industry-standard databases
- Age Verification: Users must be 13+ with additional protections for those under 18
- Proactive Monitoring: Continuous monitoring of user behavior and content patterns
- User Reports: Easy-to-use reporting mechanisms available throughout the app
Enforcement Actions
Violations of our child safety standards result in immediate and severe consequences:
Immediate Actions
- Content is immediately removed from the platform
- Account is permanently banned without warning
- All associated content is deleted
- IP address and device are blocked from creating new accounts
Law Enforcement Reporting
- Reports filed with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline
- Cooperation with local, national, and international law enforcement agencies
- Preservation of evidence for criminal investigations
- Compliance with all legal requirements for CSAE reporting
No Appeals for CSAE Violations
Bans for CSAE violations are permanent and cannot be appealed. We take these matters with the utmost seriousness.
Age Requirements and Protections
Minimum Age: 13 Years
Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account on Ding Dong. Age verification is required during registration.

- Accounts default to private settings
- Limited data collection and sharing
- Restricted messaging capabilities

- Parental controls and notification options

How to Report CSAE Content
If you encounter any content or behavior that violates our child safety standards, report it immediately.
In-App Reporting
- Tap the three dots (⋯) on any post, video, or profile
- Select "Report"
- Choose "Child Safety Concern" or "Child Sexual Abuse/Exploitation"
- Provide details about the violation
- Submit the report
All reports are reviewed immediately by our safety team.

Anonymous Reporting
You can report child safety concerns anonymously. Your identity will be protected, and you will not be identified to the reported user.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or emergency services immediately:
- United States: Call 911 or report to NCMEC CyberTipline
- Other Countries: Contact your local emergency services and child protection agencies

- We are registered with and report to NCMEC's CyberTipline
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
- We preserve evidence as required by law
- We participate in industry initiatives to combat CSAE
